Why do I need the Precision Hiring Package?

Prior to starting your recruiting process for that role. We recommend using it for:

Usually 2 to 3 weeks.  We’ll interview the hiring manager and other top performers within the team to build an ideal candidate profile, so you know exactly what you are looking for before the first resume arrives.

When you narrow down your selection of potential hires, we will provide them a Kolbe A™ Index to determine where they fall within the Range of Success originally created for the position. From there, we will provide you a letter grade for how they will fit within the role. You make the choice from there.

Each position must be evaluated independently because the requirements and success factors vary. However, once you establish a specific role and create its profile and range of success, you can use that same framework to assess multiple candidates for that position.
