Self-paced, modular online course. Learner purchases Leadership Development and navigates through the modules at their own pace without facilitation.

Hybrid-Cohort Learning Program

Blends the convenience of self-paced online modules with the energy of live, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions. This format empowers learners to absorb foundational content on their own schedule, then come together in dynamic, interactive sessions to deepen understanding, apply concepts, and build peer connections.

How It Works

  • Self-Paced Learning. Before each live session, participants complete online modules (approx. 45–75 minutes each).
  • Live Virtual Sessions. Twice per month (typically every two weeks), participants join 90–120 minute VILT sessions led by a Trifecta Leadership Coach.
  • Interactive & Applied. These sessions are designed for real-time collaboration, discussion, and practical application—ensuring concepts stick and leadership skills grow.

  • Group Size: 5–20 participants per cohort.
  • Flexible Enrollment: If your organization doesn’t meet the minimum, Trifecta can help match you with others to fill the cohort.
  • Commitment: Full participation in all VILT sessions is expected to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience.

A dynamic, blended learning program designed to elevate leadership capability through a series of immersive one- or two-day workshop. Each workshop focuses on a core leadership theme, combining self-paced pre-work with Virtually Instructor-Led Training (VILT) Sessions or In-person facilitation sessions that emphasize real-world application, peer learning, and personal reflection.

The delivery schedule for workshops is fully customizable and can be structured over a 6 to 12-month period—or adjusted further—based on the organization’s goals, availability, and preferred pace of learning.
