This course builds directly on the foundations established in Cornerstones of Leadership and Shaping Your Leadership Identity. With a clear identity and a solid leadership foundation, delegation becomes the natural next step — the skill that allows leaders to multiply their impact and develop the people around them.

Each week, participants complete 60–90 minutes of self-paced online coursework, then attend a 1–2 hour live, in-person facilitated session. Live sessions include discussion, application exercises, and coaching. The structure is designed for working professionals while ensuring meaningful, accountable development.

By the end of this program, you will have:
