Good experience, good teaching. Would recommend.
While at the Restore Conference in Orlando I was able to attend Mr. Cruce's Project Manager seminar where he provided a simple but effective methodology to how companies should be managing their lines of business and how to empower subordinate leaders to maximize my companies returns. The initial seminar was eye opening, so I requested an hour consult were Mr. Cruce then broke my business down into 3 separate categories of operation and provided a simple gap analysis of where my subordinate leaders needed training. These few hours have greatly helped me streamline my business and focused my management team on the essential tasks we need to be accomplishing to meet our scope, cost, and time requirements. I would recommend working with Trifecta to new and veteran entrepreneurs that are looking to maximize the earnings of their company.
I have known Mr. Cruce for many years and attended his Project Management training class as a jump off for obtaining my PMP certification. His orginization, preparation, and teaching style is first rate. I highly recommend Mr. Cruce and his company to anyone who works in Project Management. His course is good for those at a beginning level all the way up to a PM looking to advance his certifications or career.
I started a position with a restoration company as a project coordinator about a month ago. I attended Mr. Cruce's Project Coordinator Training Course and it helped define my role with the company and gave me a clear path to move forward. It was by far the best training course I've attended to date and received a wealth of knowledge.
We had the opportunity to take a training class from Trifecta recently for Project Coordination. It was informative and enjoyable as far as trainings go. We are hoping to pursue additional trainings from them at a later date as well!
This company is very knowledgeable in their training tactics with being able to take real-world scenarios and apply them to the job. I took the "Essential ElementTM Project Coordinator Training Course" and it helped me with being able to grow in my position and to take material back to my company that we can use to grow as company and become better as a whole to be able to provide the best service to our customers. I would recommend taking this course if you are new to the position or even if you have been in the position for years!
The Trifecta team is very much knowledgeable and flexible and the classes are relevant and effective. I recommend Trifecta to train your project managers. It will help you and your company to identify those areas to improve your productivity and efficiency.
I can't say enough great things about this company. Their knowledge and understanding of business, culture, and project management was top notch. They coached and trained our team, with many different experience levels, to a new level of productivity within a few short weeks. Everyone became more confident in their roles, we saw an increase in communication, and projects are running much better. The transformation is truly amazing! I highly recommend attending their project management training and workshop.
After working in the reconstruction industry for a couple years as a receptionist, I decided that I would love more opportunities in the field. I took the Project Management class to further my knowledge of project management (I knew the basics as I have a BA in business administration and communication). This class really helps you develop a great perspective and knowledge of processes that enhance your abilities to succeed in project management. This class will also help you prepare for the test if you have been in project management for some time and are ready to fill out the application, resume and testing.
I am an owner of a restoration company and I met instructor, Rod Cruce, at Contractor Connection's conference and attended a couple different workshops with him. I really enjoyed the course material, found it informative and decided to sign my project manager up for the Project Management course that Trifecta offers. The course material was challenging, I have no official training in project management, but Rod kept it interesting, fast paced and engaging. I highly recommend taking this course for owners or other team members in a company even if you do not plan on taking the PMP certification.
After a coaching call with Rod he was able to outline where my focus needed to be in order to drive sales and more importantly be able to scale. I'm happy to say we developed a plan of action and after 1 month of implementation I have seen double digit growth in sales and am on track to continue the sales growth and have a solid plan to scale.
Trifecta Growth Institute's Elite Accelerator Course really opens up a world of knowledge, and efficiently and quickly brings you up to speed. Throughout the entire course, I and my classmates found ourselves saying, "That's something I've always had an issue with, and now I know why". I've already seen the benefits of the course, and my performance and my projects' outcomes have soared in the time since. Amazing course, couldn't recommend more highly.
I've had the honor of working collaboratively with Rod for 20+ years. Most businesses are flying by the seat of their pants. Rod's zone of genius is thinking strategically 2, 3, or 4 steps ahead--implementing, and iterating for micro and macro improvements. His approach is simple, but ridiculously effective: Identify revenue drivers. Measure it. Improve it. Measure it again.
His global perspective and deep business experience means he's able to connect the dots between head knowledge and real life scenarios. I walked away with a front to back understanding of the whole PM ecosystem, and skills I still use today to get buy in from sponsors and stakeholders.
